This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages were foreseeable or whether TCGamerPro was advised of the possibility of such damages.

• "Magic: The Gathering" and all related names, logos, card images, and content are trademarks and/or copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
• Any other third-party trading card game names, trademarks, or content are the property of their respective rights holders.

TCGamerPro does not claim any ownership in third-party intellectual property displayed in the App; such content is used under applicable trademark fair use principles and for informational purposes only. All rights in those third-party properties are expressly reserved by their respective owners.

TCGamerPro may update these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
